E quando nasce Tabatha, anche lei dotata di poteri soprannaturali, la vita del povero Darrin si complicherà ulteriormente, soprattutto per l’accanimento della suocera. La serie vinse un Emmy nel 1968 e durò fino al 1972, per 254 episodi.
Bewitched
The series, which was created in 1964, is one of the few that survived the passage from black and white TV to color. It is about the married couple Darrin and Samantha. Their marriage should be like any other, except that Samantha is a witch. She tries to “normalize herself” out of love for her husband, but their union is threatened by her magic powers and by her interfering mother Endora, a nosy, acid witch who is completely against her daughter’s marriage. When Tabatha, their daughter, is born and she proves to have supernatural powers as well, poor Darrin’s life becomes even more complicated, above all because of his mother-in-law. The series won an Emmy in 1968 and lasted until 1972, for a total of 254 episodes.
